At Personalized Dominoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel and accessories. Because our items are made-to-order, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any manufacturing defects or sizing issues.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection and Refund

After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
